- Mandatory: Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Google Calendar, Apple IT literate and CRM.
- Preferred: Fuel industry knowledge but not essential as training will be provided

Outcomes/ Responsibilities
1 Month
- Learn all tech systems & product offerings to be effective in the position
Expand your knowledge by attending 5 fuel surveys, 3 shadowing and 2 leading.
- Book 5 surveys
- Maintain a close rate of 20%
2 Month
- Attend at least 3 onsite works and 1 fuel delivery
- Book 10 surveys
- Maintain a close rate of 25%
3 Month
- Book 15 surveys
- Maintain a close rate of 30%
Month 3, 4 ,5 and 6 - book 15 surveys to qualify for progression.
Measurable for QTR:
- Booked 30 Surveys
- Pass sales competency test
KPI’s
- Keep CRM up to date daily ensuring tasks and activities are followed up with dates including conversations, next actions. All opportunities must have steps applied to them to ensure sucess.
- Send 100 hampers packs to new customers
- Call opportunities daily
- Make 100 calls per day
- Send 50 new hampers per week
- Complete Trainual programme
- Completed 3 x surveys shadowed and two on your own (shadowed)
- Completed 3x works onsite and 1 fuel delivery
- Complete and pass Trainual test
- Pass test about fuel specification and products and service
